Once we know what you're looking for, we'll set up listing alerts for homes that meet your individual preferences. You can also explore listings on your own using our customizable home search feature.
Step 3: Virtual Showings
Tour our favorites from the comfort of home! We'll schedule a virtual showing via your favorite video sharing platform so you can explore every inch of the listing you love.
Step 4: Electronic Signature
We give you the flexibiilty to electronically sign all necessary documents right from the comfort of home.
Step 5: Home Inspection
Our inspectors will send you a thorough inspection report card with detailed photos and descriptions, so there won't be any surprises when you move in.
Step 6: Virtual Close
Those electronic signatures will really pay off here when you don't have to go anywhere for the close! You might even be able to request a mobile notary from your lender.
Step 7: Welcome Home!
We'll even deliver the keys! Welcome to your new home.
