Dakno Referral Program Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Dakno Referral Program (“Program”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms form an agreement between you (“Referral Partner,” “you,” or “your”) and Dakno, Inc. (“Dakno,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not participate in the Program.

1. Eligibility

The Dakno Referral Program rewards approved partners who refer new Dakno clients for qualifying services. Eligible participants include coaches, event hosts, influencers, and real estate professionals with established audiences.

Referred clients must be new to Dakno — meaning they have not previously purchased or held an active Dakno website, DaknoAdmin account, or marketing service.

2. Referral Rewards

Referral rewards are based on the initial paid proposal signed by the referred client. You’ll receive a 10% commission on the total of qualifying products included in the client’s initial paid proposal.

Qualifying products include:

Website setup and development fees
First month of a marketing retainer
First month of DaknoAdmin service
First month of PPC management fees

Exclusions: No commission will be paid on advertising spend (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) or other pass-through or third-party costs.

Payouts are calculated after client payment has cleared and apply only to new, fully executed and paid client proposals.

3. Tracking and Attribution

Referrals are tracked in Dakno’s CRM via unique referral links and event-based referral records.

Referrals generated from conferences or events hosted by a partner qualify for commission, provided Dakno is not a paid sponsor of that event.
If Dakno has paid to sponsor or exhibit at an event, that event’s leads will not be eligible for referral commission (“no double-dipping”).
In cases where multiple partners claim the same referral, or tracking is ambiguous, Dakno’s determination shall be final.

4. Payment Terms

Referral reports are reviewed monthly (around the 15th of each month) for the prior month’s activity.
Commissions are paid within 30 days after client payment clears.
Payments may be issued via check or through Dakno’s contractor portal (Gusto).
All payouts are made in USD.

Dakno reserves the right to withhold or adjust payment if fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or cancellations occur.

5. Partner Conduct

By participating, you agree to:

Represent Dakno and its products accurately and professionally.
Promote Dakno’s services truthfully and in alignment with our brand.
Avoid bidding on Dakno-branded keywords or misrepresenting affiliation in paid ads.
Not make any false, misleading, or disparaging statements about Dakno, DakLab, or their staff.
Not engage in spam, unethical marketing, or any conduct that could damage Dakno’s reputation.

6. Independent Contractor Status

You participate in this Program as an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or representative of Dakno. You are solely responsible for:

Reporting and paying all applicable taxes;
Any expenses incurred while promoting Dakno; and
Complying with all laws and regulations that apply to your marketing activities.

7. Program Updates and Termination

Dakno may modify, suspend, or terminate this Program at any time, with or without notice.

Qualified referrals made prior to termination will still be honored according to these terms.
Updates to these Terms may be posted on Dakno’s website; continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Confidentiality

All non-public information shared by Dakno (including commission structures, proposal details, or private materials) must be treated as confidential and not shared without Dakno’s written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wake County, North Carolina.
