Marketing Technical Success Specialist
At Dakno Marketing, we take pride in ensuring our clients have the tools, training, and support they need for success. With this in mind, we are actively looking to expand our Marketing Success Team to keep pace with our growing demand.
Job Responsibilities include...
- Finding creative solutions to problems and always looking for ways to help clients succeed.
- Ensuring every one of our clients has the tools and training they need for success.
- Monitor internal and external ticketing Systems
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Assist customers with technical support issues
- Maintaining an excellent understanding of Dakno's tools and feature sets
- Conducting analysis of client needs and then suggesting changes and improvements based off of that analysis
- Helping with small site edits and content creation for our client's success
- Working with the sales team to onboard new clients.

A 4-year degree or a few years of relevant experience preferred. Familiarity with digital marketing, ticketing systems like ZenDesk, ServiceNow, CRMs and/or Real Estate are a bonus, but not required.
