Social Media Specialist

Hey there,

I'm in real estate marketing and to be honest, I think 98% of social content published on real estate Facebook pages is beyond boring. ?

BUT...
Oh, how I love that feeling when I'm scrolling and see the other 2% content. The content that's entertaining, is a scroll stopper, and makes me actually want to engage. It's even better than the moment your avocado toast hits just right.

Now you're probably thinking, Umm okay, but what does this have to do with a job description? Well, glad you asked.

Simply put, I'm looking for the person who can create that "top 2% content," 98% of the time. :-)

I'm not implying that the majority of social media marketers are bad. I think the problem is actually deeper than that. Most real estate agents simply think, "I need help posting to social!" So they rush out to find someone who does exactly that. Post. No concern for engagement or actually seeing results. Their measure of success is "did they hit the publish button." ?

For me, I want it to be more than that. I want to entertain. I want to engage, I actually want social media to provide a return on investment. ?

So, if your approach to social is, "We'll keep your page updated with fresh content!" Then I wish you well since we're probably not a good fit.
