One of the greatest things Dakno offers is our extensive backend system (Dakno Admin) that drives our websites. Dakno Admin gives you the ability to add, edit and remove content pages, listings, etc. We have worked hard to make Dakno Admin user-friendly. However, we understand you may have a few questions about specific features. Here are your options:
1.) One-on-One Assitance for your Website Admin Panel
Candice, our Client Care Manager, is available to answer your website questions over the phone during business hours. You may reach her at 919-926-7023.
2.) Live Dakno Admin Training
We also conduct live Webinars to answer questions and share Dakno Admin tips. Dakno Admin training calls are held the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month at 3pm (EDT.) During the Webinars, you are enouraged to ask specific questions about your site. Please use the information below to join.
