+ What am I missing out on by not selecting a new marketing package?
Simply put, tons. The new Dakno Packages include not only upgraded resources, but, they also feature the brand new and all exclusive Marketing Vault!
+ Is my monthly pricing changing?
Only if you choose to take advantage of having more leads and more closed deals as many other clients have already begun to.
+ I am on a marketing retainer. Why make these changes?
Our clients have been requesting a set, tangible package plan and we took that feedback to heart. This is a result of marrying that with an idea for how to best ensure you get the most bang for your buck.
+ Can I go back to my original monthly marketing fee?
We feel that our new marketing packages are set to be the platinum standard of real estate marketing and although our retainers were great, this is truly a new level of innovation. You won’t have the ability to travel back to the Stone Age nor will you want to.

+ What's the minimum commitment for a package?
Long-term commitments are not our cup of tea. However, every seed must be given time to grow and bear fruit. With that in mind, we require only a 3 month commitment which allows your marketing package time to fully mature with lead generation and conversion.
+ Can I opt for a higher monthly package before my 4 months are up?
You sure can. Feel free to choose an even more powerful marketing package at any time. All we ask is that you provide the same commitment to the new package as you did to your current one (4 months).
