Types of Email Accounts
POP Accounts: These are "true" email accounts meaning that you will need to setup these accounts in Outlook or another email client.
Forwards: These are not true email accounts as they simply forward or pass though to another email account such as a Hotmail or Yahoo account.
Mail Groups: This is one email account that passes the email through to multiple email addresses. For example, you can setup staff@yourdomain.com to automatically email all staff members at their individual addresses.
