I know this will come as a shocker, but video for real estate is a pretty hot commodity! With so many low-cost cameras (like the Flip) and video
editing tools available to agents and brokers, video can be easily integrated into most real estate blogs and website platforms. There are a couple of real estate brokers and mortgage brokers who really get video and know how to use it very effectively. I highly recommend everyone checkout:

Before I go into the details of where all the “known” RE Bar Camp events are being held, maybe I should back this bus up and explain the
definition of a RE Bar Camp. The best definition I’ve heard is that a RE Bar Camp is a one-day “unconference” organized by local RE.net volunteers and sponsors.

Learning How to Use Twitter in Your Business!
What is Twitter?
Often described as public Instant Messenger on steroids, Twitter is micro-blogging in 140 characters. Common “Tweets” include pithy comments, mundane babbling to high-value information and content distribution. The point of Twitter is to be personal and build relationships! Remember, that’s what social media is all about and Twitter is most certainly that – social. If you haven’t heard of Twitter, you been spending too much time under that rock of yours. It’s one of the fastest growing social communities (period!).

Back on January 26th I wrote a post “The Dakno Studio Comes to Life“. Little did Brad and I know what started as an idea to build a studio and
share streaming webinars would explode so quickly. Our initial intention was to live stream webcast of FREE real estate marketing seminars and our Blogging BootCamp sessions. Later we decided to create videos to support our Dakno clients who wanted help with their SwfitBlog powered by WordPress. Knowing all of these client support videos needed a “home” of their own, we decided to build a portal to house a “mashup” of support videos, and FREE marketing videos and make them available to everyone!
